"Completely gutted is the word I'd use yo describe my experience. I want in with a picture of myself from another barber I used a few times but seeing as I'd just moved in around the corner I thought I'd give this one a go. After seeing the picture the woman decided to cut almost all my hair off onto. On the picture it was around halfway down t my forehead giving me a fringe. Never again, paid 11.60 to look like a muppet."
