"Very poor experience - bought full travel package from store. Was told I could collect it whenever I liked but was forced to collect it two months early once sale had been completed. Also once opened I noticed one item was missing - a car base (150 euro), reached out to the store to ask about this and was told I had 48 hours to check my order. No one had gone through my order with me upon collection and as we hadn't opened it for about a month afterwards as we didn't need it we hadn't noticed. Store ended up providing us with the missing item but the interaction was not very customer friendly. Edit to response from owner: I just read your response and I am unsure where the communication breakdown was here. I never asked to take my order early. I asked to take it the first week of Jan - to which I was told it would be the second, or possibly third week of Jan (which was not suitable) and could not be in Dec as you are not doing Dec collections. I have this thread on e-mail I can share a screenshot if there is any confusion. Order #31859. So I was forced to pick this up about one month earlier than I had wanted. The one star review was to reflect the inconsistencies in how my order was approached by your team - I was told one thing, and experienced a whole other once my purchase had been processed. I wanted to purchase from you as you are a local Irish business. The pick up was appalling - I didn't go into it in this review but I was handed a trolley without any assistance or description of my order - I had sent your business an e-mail outlining how poor this was (Jan 5th) so your team could ensure this doesn't happen again. And lastly the order not being complete - again I was told "Normally all orders must be checked and reported within 48 hours". I purchased a big order from your business and only wished to receive the items I had paid for. I thought this statement was pretty poor in terms of how you approach items not received. All in all I felt one star was an appropriate score for your business given all the issues that arose."
"So so bad. We ordered quite a few big items for our new baby. At the time of ordering all items were listed as 'in stock' with delivery in 2-3 days. However we were left waiting 3 weeks for one item and 6 weeks for delivery of the majority of the order! We were never told it would take this long or we would have cancelled the order and purchased elsewhere. Our baby arrived in that time. Customer support were pretty dismissive saying they weren't responsible for lead times which was frustrating especially because we visited other stores where the items we had ordered were available straight off the floor. Really bad experience. Would avoid shopping online with these guys. 'In stock' doesn't actually mean anything."
"Absolute pleasure to deal with. Nicola from customer support really went above and beyond to help us at short notice after our delivery was lost by another well known Irish baby retailer. Bygge Bo managed to deliver part of our order - a baby seat within 3 days whilst we wait on the lead time for the rest of the order. Compared to 4-6 weeks at other retailers. Highly recommend"
"Just the most fantastic shop. It’s a family run business and they’re just so lovely and so helpful. High quality, beautiful baby essentials and toys. Very good value for the quality you get - beautiful wooden toys, Scandi toys etc. Ordered a Tripp Trapp chair from another shop who only shipped me half the order and lost the rest. Bygge Bo saved the day and had the bits of the order the other shop couldn’t provide literally the next day! They’re amazing. Recommended them to my next door neighbours and they had a fab experience with them too when buying bits for their expected baby. Great shop!"
"New baby concept store in Sandyford where you will be able to find all essentials ranging from toys to pushchairs for new born babies and toddlers. The store also offers variety of products along with free personal shopping."
