"We had trouble with our Freesat signal. I booked an appointment with Postle for their aerial engineer to investigate the fault. John the engineer arrived on time and was very thorough tracing and rectifying the faults. We live in a residential park lodge and one of the faults required John to crawl under the lodge which he did without hesitation to rectify one of the faults. Needless to say when he came out from under the lodge he was covered in thick dust but he was happy that he had rectified all the problems . We are so thankful to John for sorting out the faults , he is a one off ! !"
