"Was there the other day and was returning a top for a smaller size, I passed the bag to the lady behind the counter and politely said I'm just returning this for a smaller size, she abruptly shoved it back at me and told me to take it out of the bag myself in a really rude manner. It's not the first time I had a very bad experience in this shop and witnessed a woman in front of me a few months ago being spoken to really badly and rudely. Just really annoyed particularly about the other day, as there was simply no need for it. The staff in Liffey Valley are much nicer and friendlier, honestly won't be visiting this store again, one too many bad experiences!"
