"I was in your store at Dundrum yesterday. I was looking for trousers and shirts. I had spent a good 30 mins choosing clothes, helped by a store assistant to find the right size trousers. I chose from the table that was half shirts, half cargo trousers. The sign said mix and match for 70 euro. Nothing was said in my fitting time that this price wasn't for mixing trousers and shirts. I chose 1 black, 1 grey cargo trousers and 1 light blue shirt and 1 navy shirt. I get to the cashier, to be told the mix and match was for the 2 types of shirt and not the trousers. The trousers being 60 euro alone. I had no time left to go shopping elsewhere so I took 2 shirts for 70 and trousers for 60 putting the 2nd pair back. 4 staff at the till, supervisor with a smart attitude brushing off my time wasted telling me that it doesn't matter what the price on the table said.. Please sort out pricing display adverts and perhaps the tone of staff when disappointing customers. I was not helped online or in store"
"Went Into store with my receipts today. Bought something 28th of November and wanted a refund, under within the 30 days listed on the receipt I was told i only have 2 weeks for refund but could exchange it for other clothes on the day and I wasn't even u able to get a gift card to value. I ended up in Navan in the same day and the jackjones store there refunded the items saying I have 28days for refund and the other store (Blanchardstown) were wrong to do that to me. Never shopping with you again blanch jackjones."
