"Since my last experience with this shop, I won’t recommend to purchase here. I bought boots for 95€, came with scratch marks, not refundable. Just gift card or change for other boots, I decided change and passed 2 months with no notice and no possibility to refund my money. Never again."
"Went to purchase a wallet as a gift for someone and asked if it was possible to get a refund for my purchase if I bought two wallets and let him decide which to keep, got told yes, came back the next day and was told it's only money back on a voucher. Would not shop anything from this store so it was a complete waste. In response to the owner asking the employees: I directly asked "if I buy both can I return the one he does not want" and was told there was no problem, with no mention of exchange only. It makes no logical sense for me to purchase both wallets from raidar if both are available at arrnots."
"Got a gorgeous hoodie for my husband and I last week here and a t shirt for my husband. I love it. Staff were amazing. They took such good care of us. Great sleection too. Thank you."
"My son bought me a jumper for Xmas gone. I wanted to change it shrunk. I asked the staff could he please give me something that won't shrink he said no problem. Handed me a nice jumper he said it would be fine. Never said was 100% wool Never told me it was wool.5 I washed it 30 degree wash . The jumper shrunk. This jumper was €85 wore it once. I rang the shop different guys there. I called the manager whom I explained my story to. I had my receipt. He treated me like I was nothing and said no refund . I will never go into any of there shops again. Under trained staff and very rude. A compromise should have been made. They have a few shops. I will tell my story to Joe Duffy . Next the Northside Newspaper. I will then bring the company to court if I have to. A solicitors letter will follow. For the way I was humiliated. Do the right thing and give me my money back. My son is autistic and it was from his savings. Shame on the company. I want my money.back. Bad Manager."
"I bought my son a wallet from here for his birthday. When I gave it to him he did not like it at all so I brought it back the very next day in order to try and exchange it for something. I ended up speaking to an extremely rude woman (presumably the owner, grey short hair). She said that it was the company's policy now to allow for refunds for anything and and I would also not be able to exchange the item for something he wanted. What kind of shop doesn't offer exchange of items nowadays? I explained I was a regular customer but she clearly didn't care. I then said I would not be back only for her to reply "that's your prerogative" and walked off. The other girl at the till was clearly embarrassed and in agreement with me. Honestly, do not shop here. The manager/owner's behavior was totally out of order. Please make sure to read return/exchange policy before buying anything here. It was a complete waste of 50 euros. All staff seemed to be petrified of her too."
