"placed a £500+ order 3 weeks ago, still yet to be dispatched. Emailed five times and even went in store to chase. Only responses I have had is to tell me that two items are now out of stock despite being in stock for two weeks after I placed my order. Customer service is woeful with late and generic responses and they do nothing to help. To add insult to injury I was refunded the incorrect amount for these items. If I could give zero stars I would. While this might be an isolated case, it is still completely unacceptably and still yet to be resolved."
