"I couldn’t recommend these guys more!! Tom, Brian, Oli and Will you guys are the best! A pot hole took out one of my tyres along with causing steering issues and an awful noice that was hard to locate so to fix this I called around to find a garage to help me but the quotes were ridiculous and no one could see me as soon as I needed. The guys at this garage despite being really busy spent every spare minute that same day to fix my car. They even stayed after hours to ensure my car was back to normal if not operating better than it was before and the customer service throughout this experience was amazing. Thank you so much for your time and effort, I will only be using you from now on as I cant find anyone that comes close to your quality of service and expertise. Truly grateful and highly recommend!"
"Repaired a tyre Setyres had said would need replaced (I later discovered the reason for this was Setyres don’t do tyre repairs but fail to tell you this). Took a bit longer than expected but they were all friendly. I’d use them again."
"Very good experience for me. The boys are all lovely and helpful. I admit I must have been annoying with all my questions and fear of things not getting done properly. Nothing to do with this particular garage but had bad experiences in the past in 80% of the places I've been. Tom though put me at ease and promised everything will be alright. And it was. I think Ollie changed my 4 tyres. Thanks a lot guys, I'll come again for sure."
"The young chap who dealt with me was very professional and friendly, no complaints there. I did have to wait 2 hours for some brake pads to be changed, only to find out the wrong pads were received. Returned the next day and all sorted. A little pricey for Eicher pads and 30mins work but i agreed it so cant complain. It did seem a little chaotic and poorly managed, but thats Halfords. The staff are good, they just need some leadership"
