"I phoned this boutique today on behalf of my sister as I'm doing a bit of research on her behalf and I know what her requirements are. This boutique do stock the brand that we had in mind but not the colour, however I did ask what other brands the assistant I was speaking to might suggest and she literally rattled off 3 other brands and said "that's all now" and could not wait to get off the phone. Perhaps she was with a customer when she answered the phone but if she had explained that I would have understood. I just felt that she could not wait to get me off the phone :(. She has lost any potential business we as a family might have taken her way! In today's climate I don't think it very wise not to embrace every potential customer that comes one's way! I'm giving 2 stars as the stock in this boutique seems to be comprehensive. If I could give zero for service, I would. :("
