Items were returned immaculately with all parts and de-assembled. Always been loyal to argos to help them against the giants like amazon but to be honest amazon with the customer focus would of refuned this....from now on I know not to buy from argos"
"1 star for the customer service, polite and professional. -4 stars for the bullsh*t policy that won't allow you to return opened items. How are you supposed to know an electronic device works without opening it and turning it on? Also I wasn't made aware of the policy until I tried to return it the day after I bought it. Even though I made sure they stipulated the rules for returning items before I purchased it. Poor effort all round. Unfortunately Argos has now lost another customer for life."
