"I purchased a kitchen from Howdens and had loads of problems with them. Had to go back manytimrs until I was able to collect all the parts I needed, but notice one part was missing at the end. I went back a explained this and was told that I had collected the part. I was very offended with the way I was treated. Fortunately the part was not that expensive and I decided not to waste anymore time and purchase it some other place. I am not goingvto use them anymore..not recommended at all."
"I had hawdens out to messure for a kitchen great at first friendly chap we dealt with but when I asked for a brake down of the kitchen price so I could compare and make sure I was getting a good price I was told I can only have a photo and if I wanted a brake down I had to pay a deposit, I was frustrated and disappointed and would not use them again for a kitchen seemed like they were only interested in the sale and not the customer service"

We told the team what we wanted, they listened and gave us exactly that; plus a few extra ideas that we would never have though of which really makes the more kitchen practical. We placed the order and everything was delivered the very next day. They were able to answer all questions and queries, and nothing was too much trouble. The service was exceptional I would highly recommend."
