"Not happy with Argos at all. When I was placing the order it said that all items would be available at this store. When I arrived today they told me that half of my order will be ready next week. It is just another way to get customer tie in. Next time I won't be spending hundreds of pounds in Argos! Staff was however polite and willing to help..."

Manager ( middle-agedish and bleached hair)very hostile and abrupt same person service me 2hrs earlier purchased an item that was found not suitable … too tall but they would not issue a refund even tho I had a receipt for the item, it Was like new ,unused as only clingfilm wrapping was slightly damaged on item but as it had to be removed to judge height they would not return … 30day Refund is a joke and manger very unhelpful and makes her own rules up, no idea how to deal with customers. Bad customer service. I now know why people prefer to shop with Amazon."
