"Truly appalling customer service..looking for trainers, no one on shop floor..went downstairs, one girl serving a customer so asked a chap for help. He said would send someone to me..10 minutes, no one came..had picked out 5 or 6 in my size so waiting to have the left shoes brought to try on..a further 10 to 15 minutes and I gave up..left the trainers in a pile and left the shop. The chap who I asked to help was stood outside the shop drinking coke with another shop assistant. So, a sure sale worth about £50-80 lost and I probably won't go there again..the shop was not in the least busy, just apathetic staff."
