"I again went to Harris & Hoole at lunchtime (12:00) to find it once again closed. This hasn't been the first time or the second. They are closed more often than open when I call. Not very good public service, there was a queue of people waiting for it to open."

"Asked if the did plain cheese sandwich she said yes so paid for it then this turned up. Tried it and its not plain cheese and my mouths now burning. I went to ask again if this was def the plain cheese she said yes. I said its not plain. She then said not it has mustard in it. So I was miss sold and she refused to rectify the situation. Avoid"
