"My laptop finally gave up the ghost but as luck would have it Currys were having a sale. Checked on line and found something suitable that was in stock and took myself off to get a hands on feel and then if it ticked the box buy. Young lad serving was extremely knowledgeable and helpful so decision made and he disappeared to get a new one in the box. Problem then encountered as inventory was saying one in stock (non display) but in reality there wasn't one.. He couldn't have been more apologetic but hey it happens right. It's not that you have a problem it's what you do to fix. Was offered free delivery to my home the next day so good response. Recommendation - shops stock level is something worth checking before setting off."
