"Bought a new kitchen from Claremont Interiors. Units are made and fitted to a high standard and I am pleased with them. Very small kitchen - it took 12 working days to complete. Fitter was a nice enough guy, but a bit unpredictable - never quite sure when he was going to turn up. He would arrive, then leave saying he would return later that day, but failed to do so. I did not feel I was a valued customer: the three requested installments were paid at the time demanded, but on each occasion there was no acknowledgement and no thanks for my payments. I regard this as a lack of respect. In spite of all this I am pleased with my new kitchen."
