"I was delighted that I could have same day delivery and even choose a 3 hour delivery slot. however it was since accepting delivery that my experience has worsened. upon very carefully opening the parcel containing a full length mirror i saw it was quite badly cracked. this was at approx 19.10. I immediately obtained the Lewes store number and began calling at 19.14. I was in a queue for 28 mins. I decided to try a little later as advised only to be told that you were closed. this was at 20.10. I am very disappointed not to be able to talk to someone about replacing the broken mirror.Nicola Russell"
