"I went to this shop today and was served by the two most miserable, rude women I've come across in a long time. I don't go shopping to be looked up and down and spoken down to. They need to take some lessons in customer service or find alternative jobs which aren't public facing. Ive never experienced this in any other shop in Mumbles. I won't be visiting again!"
"Went to fat face on Saturday which we normally do every Saturday. New girl there on the till with glasses. What an inspiration to this shop. My wife is quite shy but she was fantastic with her.she said she was on her own as her boss was at lunch. She chatted with us and was such a fantastic employee. We left that shop on such a high. Well done fat face for employing such a fantastic girl. She must have employee of the month. Well done keep it up x"
"Love FF, but the customer service in this store is really poor. Miserable and frankly rude staff mean I won't shop there again. Perhaps their employer needs to remind them that they are there to assist customers and not treat them as a nuisance. I've experienced this each of the three times I've been to the shop, from all demographics of staff."
