"We went to the tudor on Wednesday 1st March had a lovely carvery good value for money and we love annalene"
"Awful, awful place. Surprise birthday party for an old mate, so no choice. Room 4. Shower went cold halfway through (like a cold tap), just as I'd shampood my hair, sliding doors don't work, and was a nightmare to book. Spoke to many friends that night, they booked elsewhere, because no one picked up the phone, answered emails, or responded to messages. No one picked up the phone to me either, but luckily (!) they got back to me (two days later) from a Facebook message. Really, just avoid here. Book somewhere else. That place's showers probably work."
"I arrived and they couldn't find the key for the room I had prebooked (when I booked back in October they had no bookings) I said no worries went off and came back. They took me up and put me in room 1 when I had booked room 2, this was because they had put another couple who'd booked room 1 in my room. Room 1 was like a sauna we couldn't turn the heating off I had such a headache in the morning and when I went outside into the cooler air it dissipated. My partner burnt his feet on the hot pipes that were not covered but bare and ran the length of the room. The place is a shambles and room 1 should not be open for health and safety reasons."
"Housing migrants fire all of 2023. No rooms available. Suggest no one stays here Again"
"Awful location - we were kept awake all night by people leaving bars/clubs, despite having ear plugs. We booked breakfast for 8:30am Sunday morning, with the man at the bar when we arrived. When we woke, there was not another soul in sight. No staff whatsoever around and we were locked in! We rang the phonelines, the front door "Ring" doorbell, no answer. We managed to find an exit to escape from and found our own breakfast elsewhere but on passing by again at 11am, there were still no staff. I'm apalled. A truly horrendous stay."
