"Unfortunately after 30 minutes my meal break was over and I asked for a refund. The manager, to be fair, was very apologetic and happy to refund me. The issue is that there was one guy serving both the drive the window and the front counter, and packing all the food.... He was a headless chicken and I sat and watched while food sat for twenty minutes going cold on the counter before being collected. Whilst the lone worker was flapping around at the front, half a dozen workers were having the time of their lives at the back of the kitchen. During this visit there were only 2 orders taken in the store, so not busy...just not good enough."
"Food was excellent service was very good. Toilets were a bit of a let down. Slow fill cistern so unable to flush and floor wet."
"Place is very dirty inside and around. I had to clean table myself as there was no clean table for 4 people. Staff forgot that you can smile (with exception of one girl). Toilet soap dispenser was too low to sink and hard to use without hitting my hand on the tap. Also gravy was disgusting. Maybe they were tied after long day or need extra staff. But this doesn't change my experience. Definitely not stopping there again."
"The only thing finger lickin good at this place was Little Lottie, who served me. Chips were cold limp and manky, threw them in bin. Chicken fillets were luke warm and tough. No hot drinks at all. Piece of chicken was missing from order. Would never recommend or return."
"I hope this reaches someone who works here who cares slightly, after an emotional 4 hours driving of M6 delays I arrived here for some FAST food, having seen there was only 2 cars in the drive through I decided to stop for 2 twisters of the day and a fillet box, I suddenly became trapped in the drive through and waited over 40 minutes to get my food, having been left at a closed window after paying I had to resort to parking up and entering the building to ask for a refund as I didn't have time to wait much longer, not a single apology or explanation or more importantly a warning to prevent me from entering 40 mins of hell and anxiety in your drive through of 3 customers including myself. I challenge someone who works here and cares to check your CCTV and look for a black Lexus around 1400 Tuesday 27th December entering the drive through followed by a blue 4x4 to my rear (he deffo had same experience if not worse) was a small red VW Infront. I remember it all so well and will never forget. Observe this and explain how it took so long please please I don't want free chicken wings nor a refund nor an apology, just a promise you will try do better in the future (just close to drive through if you can't handle the heat) I appreciate it sounds like first world problems but the world is a little stressfull right now, help me help you and I'm turn we will all benefit from these small wins, have a good new year fellas x"
