Reviews
"Absolutely disgusting and offensive customer service after finding a bone in our meal. The response was extremely disrespectful."
"For years this has been our go to Indian take away and have had some lovely meals here, however as time has gone on the quality of the food, and service has gone down, one thing we loved here was how they would make adjustments to meals to make them vegan or completely create meals that were off of the menu, this is no longer the case. Also recently my parents have experienced stomach problems after eating here (this would not happen at other takeaways). Once a friendly accommodating takeaway, has now turned lazy, less than average. We will not be coming back"
"Extremely lovely man chap delivered to me recently, he had a spring in his step and even cracked a joke at the door. We need more delivery drivers like this! I’ll be ordering again!"
"Ordered our food an hour ago, all items came however the naan bread we had ordered as plain online came as a keema naan, unfortunately none of the party eat keema naan breads so I politely called the restaurant and explained this, to be told they would rectify the situation and send out a pain naan bread. We waited 15 minutes before plating up our food as it started to go cold, fast forward an hour later and there was still no sign of our naan bread, this is where the one star review comes in to place. I called the restaurant to check on our naan bread and ask it to be refunded as we hadn’t received it, I was met by what I can only describe as a barking down the phone when I dared to question where our naan bread was. I was accused of giving the wrong house number when we placed our order online when the number is clear to see on the booking and the original order was also delivered to this number. After a heated conversation I was still accused of giving the wrong number. When asking for a refund I was directed to just eat which I understand as it’s an external company but this one star is based on how I was spoken to by the lady on the other end of the phone!! Won’t be ordering from here again as I have been made to feel like I can’t even check in on my order without being shouted at. Appauling customer service."
"AWFUL STAY AWAY. I ordered a curry for myself and my girlfriend. the king prawn Shahi at £12.45 was rubbery and do chewy it could not be eaten. The special mixed masala was also dry with the meat being very tough and hard both meals were only warm at best. The paneer was not paneer it was slimy and melted into the curry which I'm convinced was just chunks of cheddar cheese. We rang back very shortly after discovering this to say respectfully we were not happy with the food at all and wanted to bring it back for a refund as it had not been eaten. A manager rang back shortly after and we were told the food would now be "sweaty" and that WE must have done something to the food and that she has "dealt with customers like us before". We were spoken to with distain from the manager who accused us of lying and doing something to the food. She was angry and disrespectful arguing in a nasty and aggressive manager. i had ordered a meal from this takeaway before which was ok, however after this incident i will never order from them again. Mistakes can happen with orders and sometimes food can be hit and miss but to for the food overall to be this poor and to be spoken to in such a awful unprofessional manner is inexcusable ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING FOOD AND SERVICE. The pictures attached are the "prawn" being held up and the mixed masala with naan breads.one was burnt the other was still extremely doughy. I am not a complainer in general or a harsh critic if you look at my other google reviews you will see this is the first ever negative review."
