"Visited here mid-week for a dinner with friends. You have to book in advance. There is nearly no way that you will find a seat as a drop in! Trust me, it is worth it. This restaurant easily has some of the best food and drink I've had in Dublin. Everything we ordered was delicious, from a couple of starters to share, the pasta, the veal I had as a main and the wine! A couple of mentions are the burrata which was melt in the mouth delicious and the veal main was unbelievably good. I'd go back in a heartbeat for those dishes. We picked a white wine from the restaurant recommendations and it was gorgeous. Clearly they know what they are doing here! The restaurant is pretty small with a lot of tables fit in and if there was a negative it would be that it was quite loud inside - but that is more because of a big table next to us than anything else. It wouldn't put me off returning. The staff were lovely, the right amount of attentive and helpful. The restaurant is more suitable for friends/dates/a meal with colleagues. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again for another delicious meal!"
"This was some of the most amazing food I have had in years. We tried to grab a table earlier in the night but they were booked. The manager however told us come back in a bit and we promise to have a table for you. It was without question worth the wait. The wine selection was amazing, pasta perfectly made and seabass had a perfectly crisp skin while falling apart. I would come back to Dublin only to eat here."
"The food is just superb. An authentic Italian gastronomical experience. The wine selection is beyond words and staff very knowledgeable. The waiters are attentive and you are made feel welcome the minute you walk through the door and they care about your experience. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough."
"Gorgeous restaurant! Couldn’t recommend it enough. The staff were extremely polite and kind, their service was exceptional. They were quite busy on the Thursday night we went (two big parties) and they still managed to accommodate us on both a short notice and without a booking. The food is simply gorgeous, you cannot go wrong here. If you’re going to order a starter, let it be the calamari which is so soft and crispy at the same time with an amazing sauce. For mains we had the risotto and the lobster tagliatelle and both dishes can’t be recommended enough. The risotto is spicy and perfectly seasoned with a melted Burrata in the middle and sprinkled with soft shrimp and the lobster tagliatelle is subject to availability so it’s a must have if they have it. The past is homemade and soft and the lobster is meaty and melts in your mouth. They also have a huge wine selection which we unfortunately didn’t try as weren’t in the mood to drink. But it’s a perfect date night spot (a bit pricey maybe but you get quality and service for that price) so definitely make time for this"
"Went here last minute without a booking, just a week before Christmas. We were glad we found it. I had bruschetta to start and my wife had Calamari with a sweet and sour sauce. Both delicious. My main course was fillet steak which was served simply, with potatoes and vegetables. I have to say this ranks up with the best steak I have ever had. My wife also had steak and she said the same. The wine was excellent too with the attentive staff pouring it for us whenever needed. The wine was dear at €39 but the steak very reasonable at €27.50. All in all, great place, great staff, great food, great experience."
