"Appalling customer service. We were told our delivery would take 45 minutes, 1 hour later the food still hadn't arrived, so we phoned and were told it was on the way, with the shop being only 5 mins away we expected it to arrive within 10 minutes after that, yet a further 15 minutes passed by and still no food. We phoned again and spoke to a man on the phone who then said it was sent out and on its way, and when we complained we'd already been told that earlier and it still wasn't here and he basically just said it is what it is and hung up. What a joke."
"We place a order Saturday night at 5.15 food and told it would be with us at 6.30 which was no problem. However 8.20 food turned up missing part of the order we phoned them to be told missing part of the order would be with us in 30 mins .it never turn up message for refund nothing. Its a shame as we have used them for a long time .lost a customer"
