"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE FOR DELIVERY. Every single time (4 times now) I have ordered from this place via Uber Eats or Just Eat, there has been a substantial amount of food missing. The food was sealed so this is solely a recurring issue with the staff. I imagine eating in would warrant a better experience."
"The worst McDonalds I've ever been in. We waited over 20 minutes for our food. The kitchen sounded very chaotic. When the food arrived two burgers were missing and all our drinks. Quickly solved by staff, but when we sat down at our table we realised one of the burgers was wrong. We didn't bother going back as the food was close to cold already. The upstairs seating area was disgusting with rubbish everywhere and graffiti on a table. There were two groups of teenages who were not eating, but were shouting, playing music on their phones and vaping. A number of members of staff came up whilst we were eating, but none of them did anything about any of the issues. The toilets were also dirty. I will not be returning to this McDonalds. I have only given it one star because you cannot give zero."
"How can a place with such a limited (breakfast) menu take over 15 minutes to serve an internal order ? By concentrating on turning around the drive through window at approximately 4-1 ! Such a despicable business model. That aside, it’d be nice if they occasionally had someone clear & clean the gritty tables."
"Was able to use the toilets with little bother. Frequented by your delivery driver, I can't see whether drive-thru or within the store any quicker for service. A popular McDonald's I don't regularly attend but I can tell that high standards are often met. Thank you for having me."
"No great at all. Came at 9pm and ordered from the app at a table. Food took ages, had to go to the counter to remind them. Chips were old and almost cold when they did arrive. Staff didn't look like they wanted to be there and the shop looked like a courier depot, with 5 delivery drivers waiting for their delivery orders, stood around in the main restaurant area."
