"I have been a satisfied flames customer for a good few years but have to say the quality has taken a serious nosedive. My order tonight was for a birthday treat to my hubby..he does love a kebab. The price hike is understandable due to world events, and I have no quibble with that, but I would have expected a decent quality of food. The generous sized portion of chips were obvious reheats! The kebab size was generous, the chilli sauce was nice but sparse and the meat was tepid through and through. Huge disappointment, not the usual excellent quality."
