"As nice as the food may be, be careful when ordering. Just eat is obviously very expensive and takes a lot of money off independent takeaways so I chose to order directly through their app. I placed my order and accepted the 50-60 min wait time however I then got a phone call stating that I hadn’t paid enough of a delivery fee and needed to pay the driver an additional £1 because the app charged me wrong. I have no issues in paying extra and I would have paid it on the app no quibble, but I’m sorry you should not call customers to pay extra because your app is incorrect. Unfortunately the food was also not as good on this delivery either, the chips were just not nice."
