"It's not the time we eat at Eddie's Service was okay, We have to make the payment before the order even arrived. We ordered chicken burger and Browne milkshake The chicken was so soo bad it was so hard to even take a bite and chew, it was like hard rock. Attached the pictures even. Browne milkshake was just like sugared milk and nothing more When tried to talk to store Manager, She said the most she can do was to apologize and nothing else Deeply disappointed in the food ruined the weekend with worest food possible Never ever going back and will pass this word"

"Disappointing experience. Staff were lovely but have to say the food was not great at all. Was always our go to place for food on birthdays and Christmas day out, first time returning since covid usually cost us around €50, today €75. My partner and son couldn't even finish there food we won't be quick to return. Myself and my partner feel nauseous since, just a complete waste of money. Also the toilets were not clean and the smell was awful."

"Disappointing experience. Where's staff is friendly and fast serving. Ordered Smoke stack and garlic fries which were good and the side order boneless chicken wings what are absolute fake. Got served instead breaded nuggets. Asked the chef and he tried to convince me that those are real wings only breaded. Did a lot of travel in EU and a bit in US where good few places serve boneless chicken wings and you actually get real boneless chicken wings with skin not what Eddie rockets serves from frozen breaded nuggets and calls the boneless wings."

"gorgeous server quick and friendly. floors not Swept up around tables after tables cleared, hygiene not 100% , Toilet smells. And a higher proportion of my chips were rotton black way to many to be acceptable.. Pitty cause Eddie Rockets name is supposed to give you comfort and confidence in eating out and getting what you pay for. Disappointed on this visit. only for I eat my lunch most days in jervis center and know how fresh and clean they are there I'd probably not go back again."

"Not a great experience unfortunately, the waiting staff couldn't answer some simple questions about the Family menu also I asked could they bring the shakes when the food was ready so it all comes together at the same time (which we always ask) and got a blank stare and the waitress had to go ask the supervisor what I meant, this is pretty basic stuff. The food was a let down also, the fries where squashed and dark brown and the kids sliders were burnt to a crisp (literally black on the sides) my chicken burger was overcooked and had really hard bits that I could barely bite through, wont get us back there anytime soon which is a shame as we really like the place."
