Reviews
"The breakfast experience was dreadful. Had to request a number of items that weren't out in the buffet. Then received wrong items. Major language barrier between guests and staff. Food also tasted very poor. Hot breakfast poor quality. Stay away from the breakfast! No dairy free butter and offered mayonnaise instead for my toast! Staff are clueless."
"Pizza was undercooked, doughy and inedible apart from the crust. Nobody came to ask how the food was. We went looking for someone to bring the bill, because we couldn’t eat it. The server brought the bill and asked if we wanted a box for the pizzas. We explained that they were dreadful, undercooked and largely Inedible. We left it for the server (Belen)to resolve. She didn’t. She charged us for everything. When we explained that we were not happy and that the response wasn’t good enough, the reply was, “Sorry” Terrible food. Terrible response when issue brought to their attention. We won’t be eating here again. Wish zero stars were possible."
"Great sandwich bar with a wide variety of fillings. The staff is extremely helpful and even gave me few suggestions on their dishes. You can also opt for buffet or an à la carte dish in the restaurant or lobby."
"Dinner menu only has 2 options for each course and makes you order. At least it was free. Skipping dinner from now on."
"We had a nice Christmas get together here. Nice food and atmosphere. Restaurant & hotel staffs were polite and very helpful"
