Reviews
"Food is bad. Chef doesn't know how to make steak, the description of the dish on the menu and the reality do not match. Service is good, but who care if serviced food is bad. Unfortunately, the restaurant is one of only few options around. Kitchen in the hotels bar is much better"
"We used this place from time to time because we live in a nearby apartment. I visited here a month ago and had the worst experience. They probably delivered us a lunch time menu at 4:30 and we ordered three menus and beer. The food didn't come out after 30 minutes. I checked with another staff once again, and the food didn't come out an hour later. So I complained to the staff again, and they never received the menu we ordered, and they didn't even check it. And he showed us the dinner menu and said that the menu we ordered wasn't on the menu. No staff in the restaurant confirmed that our order was wrong and we experienced the worst service for an hour and a half. I won't use it again."
"If you are looking for a quick bite to eat this is not the place. We waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken then a further 35 for the food to arrive, nothing complicated I might stress, chicken curry, pizza and chicken burger. While we were there 2 customers complained to waitress and asked to speak with Manager not a great sign while you are waiting. But wait we did because we were straving. But the pizza and the curry were delicious but the chicken burger was a joke but I felt there was no point in complaining at that point."
"The room was nice, service was great. But in particular Favour M. Was the absolute best. All of your bartenders should attend a course taught by him. He was an absolutely amazing server as well. I would go to this hotel again JUST FOR his impeccable service. Whatever you are paying him, he deserves even more!"
"The hotel is good, and the staff are generally good, if a little rushed at times. They do pay attention, and try very hard to be accommodating. I have a big BUT in this: Nowhere on their website, or partner websites such as Booking.com it it even hinted or mentioned that the hotel has a zero tolerance policy towards smoking, and even vaping is not allowed. If a hotel has such a policy, whether it’s smoking, pets, or children, then it must be shown at the very first step of booking. There is no point in me booking a hotel to arrive and find out their policy is inconvenient to me. This is taking my payment under false pretenses, and being dishonest! To find it out at check-in, when I will be hit with a 100% cancellation fee is just not fair to the customer."
