"Have previously really enjoyed our meals from Saaep. As a result of several issues, Tonight was a big miss for us to be honest and will likely push us to choose a different Thai restaurant for our next Thai meal! 1. Sauces spilled over the inside of the bag resulting in wet packaging and soggy Gyoza and soggy duck spring rolls. Trust me neither were pleasant to eat. 2. The previously delicious soy sauce seems to have had its recipe changed and now it’s less like soy sauce and has a lot of thick bits floating in it. The sauce did have some previously but they seem to have increased the amount. 3. The spice bag and fried potato boxes were the worst we have had. Both use to be our favourite items on the menu but tonight’s were basically plain with no taste. 4. The satay sauce was stone cold and had gone a bit congealed - makes me wonder how long it had been in the car given their premises is less than 1.5 km away. All of the above may be recipe changes and minor issues but our biggest issue with tonight is that the new delivery driver has decided to call the phone number before they will come to the door. Whilst I can understand this practice in an apartment or perhaps for a net new customer or on a dark night. However in an estate with parking outside my front door, where we have had numerous successful deliveries from Saaep previously, I expect the delivery driver to ring the bell and not sit outside whilst our food goes cold while they wait on a callback or for me to notice that they are sitting outside. Considering a delivery change is being charged and paid for - the least the delivery driver could do is ring the bell like all the other delivery services in the area."

"Just finished our delivery from Saaep. Absolutely delicious, fresh tasting food. The pad prik haeng with cashew nuts is amazing and the new summer body dishes are fab and packed with loads of meat and fresh veg. Highly recommend and will defo be ordering again."
