McDonald's Grange Road, County Dublin

"Food was hot and quick service.. the crowd of kids outside and needing a security guard to let people in and out was a bit off putting.. messy outside but that was down to the kids littering and popping ketchup all over the floor"

"It’s just an average McDonalds if anything. We ordered and there was no queue. The food came quick and was hot. Although we came to get the celebrations McFlurry and told us the ice cream machine was watery. The restaurant was relatively clean and the staff were nice. The bathroom were functional and clean. Overall it’s just as good as any McDonalds so it doesn’t really stand out from any others. The ice cream machine being broken wasn’t great but they probably fixed it. I had a chicken select meal (pictured below) and my family got some burgers and chicken nuggets, everyone enjoyed their food."

"ALWAYS check order before leaving as they never seem to be able to get it right or give you everything last 3 visits paid for something and never got it always have to ask for ketchup and napkins AND bloody straws!! Total joke of a place"

"The place was filthy. I went in just after 9 in the morning for a muffin meal. After placing the order I looked for somewhere to sit but every single table was dirty and needed wiping clean. There was also dirt on the floor along with ketchup sachets and a coffee cup lid. It seemed like I had to wait longer than I would have thought you would and when I opened the muffin to eat it it had been squashed with the different layers exposed and it was dry on one side (The photo attached is of the muffin after I opened the wrapper, the tear in the wrapper was there when it was given to me). When I took my tray over to the bin it turned out the underside of the tray was wet, As I wasn't sure if it was water or something else I went to the restroom to wash my hands only to find it was also dirty around the sinks. Urine on the floors, a yellow cone just sitting in the middle of the floor and both toilets were dirty. I'm not easily offended but when you consider the condition of the restaurant then you have to ask yourself if the kitchen is kept to a high enough standard. Even though this McDonalds is close to where I live I will not be returning to it again"

"McDonalds located in Doghnamede shopping centre, is just like any other McDonalds, but with limited dine in space. It has a drive through also. Food order arrives in no time and staff is also very helpful. Only concern is sometimes the cleanliness is not up to the mark."
