"After having to wait until 5.30pm when they opened to place our order, we then waited and waited and waited. I telephoned at 6.30pm and was told we were the next order. Then another phone call to tell me that the prawn cocktail wasn't available and would I like an alternative. I chose and then we waited again...and waited. It eventually arrived at 8.15pm. The meals were tasty but not fantastic. Would I use them again....no, sorry not sorry."
