"Worst donner kebab I have ever had in my life. Last scrapings of little pieces of donner meat off the metal prong before it was thrown and replaced with a feesh one for the next person, was heated up. Onions were lame no crunch and tasted of boiled onions. Last bit of lettuce was swimming in water and squeezed with prongs to drain. Gutted I went there. Will never visit there again. I wasn't some drunk from the pub, I drove up to treat myself. Disgusting."

"Regrettably our favourite place has gone downhill. Last 5 times we have ordered they have got our order wrong. Quantity gets less and less along with quality. But we Just put that down to being busy, low on staff and its always been forgivable as the staff have always been so nice. However, our final eating experience saw them deliver completely wrong food, rude when we called up saying it was our fault (ordered a "pepperoni pizza" which was covered in mushrooms, mixed pepper, red onion with additional *black carbon* off the oven. Being told that 'if we want our order changed we have to pay for it' then after some back and forth our option was to "come to the shop." An hour later we finally got what we originally ordered. Payed for the kebab in foil tray £7.50 which arrived barely warm and less than what you would expect from a small Kebab (usually their foil trays are full, this barely filled the pita let alone the tray) Our final ordering experience was after we ordered directly from their website, after an hour of waiting i called to see where our food was, they told us their website was "playing up" and was now too late to deliver. Despite paying, we had to order elsewhere. I dont know if they have new staff, new manager but the service has gotten worse and worse and will not be ordering again. I can take mix ups, these things happen, but to be rude to paying and loyal customers after consecutive mix ups is unforgivable. Hopefully they go back to how they were."
