When chasing our order which was over 45 minutes past its estimated delivery time, I was spoken to in a manner which as a paying customer, I don't expect to happen. Rather than offering any form of apology, or reassuring us that they will try to find out what's happening Against my wishes the phone operator said he would be cancelling the order and issuing a refund, then hung up the phone on me, wasting his companies food and losing them revenue. Absolutely shocking service and as a customer that regularly orders from here I will not be doing so again, a formal complaint has been issued with Dominoes on this also to avoid it happening to someone that cant stand up for themselves"
