"Normally never have any sort of problem here. The staff are normally outstanding and absolutely lovely people. Today however, my opinion changed. I don't know what was up, but the big bloke with short black hair has a serious attitude problem. He seemed like he was rushed off his feet and the way he spoke to me and others he served before us was absolutely atrocious. In fact, the way he spoke to us made both me, and my missus, feel quite uncomfortable and unwelcomed. He basically told us to shut up when we asked a question. Mind you, the other staff still seemed lovely. So I hate to single someone out, who may just have been having a funny five minutes. This is why I've still rated it 3 stars instead of 1. But I think it's worth noting. I understand it when people are busy, but at the end of the day, if one of us had spoken to a customer (we both work in retail) in the way he did, we would have been disciplined on the spot. But like I said, he could have just been having a funny five minutes, and if we go back again soon, and his attitude has changed, I'll happily take down my review."
