"Unable to post photos. However got a delivery and my partners pizza box was soggy with oil. Opened to find the pizza was covered in oil. I enjoy a nice oily pizza but this was literally dripping in it. Soaked through and onto the quilt. Never had a problem with dominos but how it was aloud out in this condition is beyond me. Partner was put off after a slice"
"After 3 weeks of having the same pizza on a fri at £7.99 for the lunch time offer, I today went back for the usual.. Was told its now £9.45 same deal, I explained the situation but the girl was very rude and the novice cleaning the windows, again rude, told me to do what I got to do.. Whilst there a wrong order also got phoned through.. Avoid.. Gone to the dogs.."
"Despite getting an adjustment to my online order wrong and my pizza arriving in horrific shape. I called and they said they will remake the pizza for me. Nice staff but the product may not always be the best, hit and miss"
"Arrived after 1 hour and couldn’t even get through to the store to ask them why it said delivered on the app when it wasn’t because they closed at 10.45pm. The call went through to the Swansea centre store that didn’t care to help. No apology and £35.99 for 1 large pizzas, 2 bottles of water and 1 extra dip…..never again."

However today, I ordered to collect Strippers Combo - wedges uncooked (still cold in the middle) and chickens mildly warm, and Vegi supreme with unmelted mozzarella - no sauce provided. No care taken this time - as I said however, it’s the first time happening. Called Domino’s Mumbles and barely apologies or some sort of compensation."
