"Good food, but you recently cut your portion sizes by using smaller bowls. Not acceptable. It was steep enough paying 15 quid for a bowl of ramen soup, but now it's just ridiculous. Won't be back unless you either reduce the price or restore the original portion sizes. Until then, you're down a regular customer."
"Good food at good price. (Photo - I'd already consumed at least 2 pieces)"
"It's been several times my order has a problem, and this is the last straw. Last time (14/12) I took more than 5 minutes to explain clearly to the girl taking my order what I wanted and what I didn't want in my order. She still messed it up twice. I clearly explained her I hated the taste of wasabi, so I wanted absolutely no wasabi in my food. She gave me an expensive roll (Volcano) with loads of wasabi mayo (it's not described in the menu, I knew they put it on and told her not to do it, they still splashed the whole roll with it anyway, couldn't eat it). This is the last time I order with them. Better save money and spend it on good food than this cheap substitute."
"We waited an hour over our expected delivery time and then only had the option of cancelling our order with Just Eat as there was no phone number to call. It's a pity, the food sounded amazing."
"My worst tonkotsu ramen experience so far sadly... The broth was chicken based (so, not a tonkotsu), more sweet than salty (which is a big no-no), the egg was boiled and the pork looked more like plain bacon rashers than anything close to Chashu. So yeah, don't go running there if you feel like eating a tonkotsu ramen..."
