"I ordered and collected a few weeks ago and everything was great (one pizza ordered). So felt confident to order a bigger order for delivery. Big mistake. The delivery driver wasn't sure he'd got the right address, the order was similar in some ways to what we ordered but also totally wrong. I ordered a vegan pizza with ham&pineapple as I am lactose intolerant, along with 2 Hawaians. My pizza wasn't labelled to show it was the dairy free one, good thing I don't have an allergy! My pizza was margarita, no toppings and like someone had dropped a spice container all over it, inedible. The others had mushrooms on them as well, strange Hawaian. Also the garlic bread had cheese all over it which we didn't ask for or want. Lastly, the person taking the order over the phone could barely understand English and was pretty incompetent. Never again."
