"I ordered for delivery for £1.99 extra on line with my mobile number I waited nearly about 2 hours on the papa john's it said enjoy but didn't receive it so I rung up and they said we tried ringing me to say there are no delivery drivers but they did not and your husband picked up and took the food I dont have a husband I then asked for a refund but couldn't do so I ended up collecting it and they gave me a drink said for free but a paid for delivery so not free so buy the time walked back home it was cold it would of been nicer if it was hot"
