"Waiting time is absolutely appalling. When you place an order it says 30-45 mins, waited for over an hour and 20 mins before I’ve decided to ring, been told there was a problem with their system but rest assured my pizza was in the making and should be with me very soon, then after another hour of waiting ,made another phone call to ask about the whereabouts of my food and been told they’re just cutting it and will send it over. Never had to wait for over 2 hrs for some pizza. Bit of a joke when it comes to getting it but the pizza is really good!"
