"I placed a delivery order over the phone at 2:25 p.m. and I haven't received the delivery after waiting for over an hour. When I received it the food was already cold, did not give me the sauce, the pizza was not very good, the crust dry topping is still very little. And the phone service is also very poor, the driver also shirked responsibility, not to confirm the address and phone, but also repeatedly stressed that I and my friend's accent has problems understanding our speech. Return to send me the sauce back very fast!!! We are local not very far!!!"

"The food speaks for itself and is always stellar and top quality. Where they slip up is everything else. Since becoming a customer I've ordered about maybe 6/7 times and the food is always 10/10. But their service borders on really frustrating sometimes. - The app/website is atrocious, like abysmally bad. It often crashes and cancels your entire order. I once had my order reset 3 times and eventually had to ring it in. - The delivery is either perfect or just completely all over the place. Once waited 2 hours to find out they were so behind, that the manager had to go out delivering food. Most recently ordered food for 7.30 and the driver arrives at 6.30 with all the food for us and our guests, who hadn't even arrived yet. - We've had a number of orders that were missing something. Dips, toppings etc. Just minor things but when you pay extra for toppings and they're not there, it's just annoying and often feels pointless calling to replace food for one thing. On their own, very trivial and minor problems but over time they're just creating this image of always having something wrong with the order when I choose to eat there. Its really disappointing, but if they don't pay a little more attention to details, I can't see myself sticking with them, regardless of how good the food is."

"This has been the worst takeaway I have ever ordered and if I can give it no stars I would. I ordered my pizza at 4:10 pm and the estimated delivery was for 5 pm. It was 5:40 pm and the there was still no pizza, I called the restaurant and I was talking to the rudest server. He called me out to be a liar and said I ordered it at 5:10 even though I can see the time on the just eat app and have the estimated delivery on my email as he should know. I told him I want to cancel my order, he refused and said that it’s too late as the food is just leaving. The pizza didn’t come till just after 6 pm. The pizza was tasteless, the cheese was hard and my wedges were burnt and on top of that they forgot my garlic bread. So my advice is don’t ever order from here."

"Tried Naked Pizza for the first time at the weekend. Delivered on time, really tasty pizza, loved the base. Chicken tenders were so good and huge. No grease and no stodgy feeling afterwards will definitely order again."
