"Awful experience, rang me on suspected scam, have them numbers blocked. Didn't ring door, and then leaves my food outside in the cold on the floor. Tries to tell me he did knock on phone then changes her story to he didn't knock cause it was late. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!"

"Just ordered 1x Mega Deal Extreme 30 minutes ago at Lucan. Always placed an order here after work at 10pm. My pregnant wife has been craving for meteor but disappointed since barbaque sauce was missing with the meteor pizza tonight. The cookies were slightly burned too."

"Complete disappointment and lying staff. Ordered over the phone for collection, told 15 mins, arrived after 12 mins, Indian lady at counter more concerned to smile with her friends. Took another few mins before she realised my presence and asked if she could help and I mentioned I already ordered. Was told another 5 mins. Stood there for another 10 mins and all she did was hoovering around. Other staff member had to put stickers on boxes. All the time I am watching pizzas out of the oven. Another staff came to ask me if I am OK and when I told her my name, she picked my order beneath the counter and when I asked how long the pizza has been there, response by Indian lady is it just came off the oven though pizza was luke warm. Had to leave and when I called back to ask for the manager, I was kept for 10 mins with different people picking the phone and not getting the manager. Last person who picked phone an Irish lady and extremely rude, saying we are busy (while I counted over 8 people on prep table) and should call back. Asked manager name and was told he is Paddy. Asked for his 2nd name as everyone referred as Paddy in Ireland but she didn't have a clue and slammed phone down. Spent over €70 in 2 days and will never give them a penny more. This is not the way Dominos are run as having run one for 5 years in UK. Complete amateurs, shambolic and rude. Not worth the money anymore. 0 star if it were at all possible. Plenty of disgruntled customers if you read the reviews. Franchise owner should take note otherwise Dominos holdings should act."

"Ordered food for delivery. It's about a 5 minute drive from the house to Dominos. According to the tracker the pizza was done about 50 minutes before it got delivered. Longest wait I've ever had for food."

"Went with my son to collect an order he placed on line. He was able to track progress with their app and food was ready to collect within seconds of walking in. Friendly staff and food was good too. Can't comment on atmosphere as we got the takeout and left"
