"Nice food and staff mainly apart form the branch manager who I thought looked extremely unpresentable. He was not wearing uniform and looked extremely unclean. When i spoke to him he was very informal and he smelled strongly of cigarettes. This 100% put me off my meal and going back here agin."

Totally rude, unkept manager who swore at us at a reasonable request, despite having children at the table and walked off mumbling to himself. Dreadful customer service. Should have walked out and put our money elsewhere for someone more appreciative of our business. Felt sorry for the young waitress who was lovely having to working in such an atmosphere."
"Easy going atmosphere, very accommodating with young children. The staff work incredibly hard and occasionally you have to wait at busy times, could really do with just 1 more staff member, but always enjoy ourselves none the less."
