"It was cold on arrival, the online system obviously works to a time that it should be delivered not to a time it actually is. There was about a 20 minute time difference. So much that I had to call and chase. Then on arrival the food is cold. I understand that you can fit multiple deliveries into one trip but it shouldn't be to the detriment of the food or service. Overall disappointing. Either the system is faulty or the employees are lying to make it work. Either way not happy about the end product"

"Placed order, it arrived with no drink. Cyclist said he'll be back with it soon. They did not return. Called the store, put on hold, then put on hold again for 17 minutes before it hung up. Walked down to the store and got the drink myself. No apology... back home to cold pizza. Lovely."
