"A non National with a beanie hat delivered to me last night. He had no change to try and get a tip and he was very predatory in his manner to me as a woman. I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering again with him coming to my door in the dark :("

"Average takeaway pizza, the standout for me is their chocolate chip cookies! Extremely gooey and they melt in your mouth, would almost order for these alone."

"I live quite close to this store but ordered for delivery as I couldn't drive. The food arrived stone cold. It was a large order and quite expensive so I rang to explain this. The staff couldn't care less, I was told this was because I probably was the last person to deliver to. Terrible excuse to give a paying customer, cold food should not be delivered to people and has food safety implications. I've ordered in store before also and staff are rude, they don't seem to know what the words thank you are. Staff need to be retrained in basic customer care."

"I'm was in the shop tonight to order pizza end was no space too parking my car. I parking 5 minutes away from shop. I went inside order my food.i waiting outside end 1 person coming parking his car on your shop end its going crossing the road for food. I went inside too took with the manager end tell my its don't chear.i have too rook with person hoo it's parking thear. Hoo have responsibility for your parking in the shop????"

"The pizza was of reasonable quality, but the delivery was very slow and it was lukewarm by the time I got it. Ordered pizza mid-afternoon, to be delivered somewhere within 10 minutes walk of the store. The order confirmation estimated arrival after 30 minutes. When I phoned the store to ask where my pizza was, I was told that the delivery driver's car had broken down. When I phoned again 30 minutes later, I was told that the delivery driver had gone to the wrong address. My pizza eventually arrived 110 minutes after I ordered it, and was luke warm and needed reheating. I decided to try this store out because it was marginally cheaper than dominos, but I think I'll stick to dominos in future."
