"What an absolute disgrace of a restaurant they are. I ordered my food at 1:06, 44 minutes before closing time of the store. Plenty of time for them to deliver to my address. I never received my food, I tried to ring the store 10 minutes before closing to query my order and it was going straight to the voicemail. Absolutely disgraceful. The €31.90 was taken from my card, and what an absolute appalling price for what I ordered. I tried to ring the contact number of the store and the number in which i received my confirmation text from and I didn’t get an answer from either of them. It’s currently 3:00am and I am still waiting for my food, the store is closed so I have no way of contacting them in regards to where my order is. It’s absolutely ridiculous and the amount of likewise reviews I’ve read is amazing. I expect a full refund on my order from this place. Absolutely atrocious behaviour from a “well-known” restaurant."

"Got food from here, delivery driver rang me saying he was outside he wasn't so i went back home then again he rang and still wasn't there the food was cold when i eventually got it so i called the restaurant to tell them, they apologised and said they would credit my account, then about a month later i rang to place an order and my account had no credit on it."

"I ordered Margarita 14 inch pizza I was at work my work place about 5 min drive from the shop. the price for pizza and delivery charge was 17.50 € for just 14 inch margarita .After 50 min I received text from delevery drive i don't have change so be helpfulI i you do soory .they looking for tips asking people to force them to pay tips beause I don't have change I give 20 € ok I received pizza it was with out sauce and cold 14 inch pizza Margarita 20€ never ever order agian ."

"Order was supposed to take 50 minutes but didn’t arrive, called after an hour and a half and was told it was delivered, it wasn’t. Took our Eircode again and said they would send another order, waited another 40 minutes but nothing! Rang back again and was told they had decided not to send another order as the driver claimed he delivered the first order which is a complete lie! If we had our food we would have been eating it, not ringing them looking for it. Also, we can clearly see our whole driveway from the living room and are currently dog-sitting a dog that barks if anyone walks near the house.. no one came near our door! Been ordering here for DECADES and they were basically calling us liars. After arguing with them, they reluctantly resent it so our food arrived about three hours after we placed the order (missing a bbq sauce) …could have flown to Italy for pizza quicker than that! Because we have been ordering from them for so long, I resisted posting a bad review a few weeks ago and gave them the benefit of the doubt when we were left waiting over two hours for an order and they wouldn’t answer the phone but this is just beyond ridiculous! Their driver blatantly lied about delivering to our house and their customer service is disgraceful. After decades of being loyal customers, we won’t be ordering here again. I see that another recent poor review mentions a driver claiming to be at a location and not being there but clearly they’d rather believe their long-time customers have suddenly started making-up complaints than deal with a driver not doing their job properly!"

"One of my go to pizza places been ordering for years.. Ordered tonight and this is what I got.. I called up and they said they would replace it but it never showed up!!! 20 euro for this???? EDIT: the replacement pizza did show up but it wasn't the same one as the one I've ordered"
