"I ordered a birthday bouquet for my mother. The flowers looked good on arrival, but wilted within three days. The proprietor was contacted and asked for the flowers to be replaced. A condition of replacing the flowers was that evidence be provided on the wilting. Unfortunately this could not be provided as my elderly mother that lives alone was isolating and did not have a camera or mobile phone. The flowers were not replaced. Occasionally things go wrong, it happens, even to the very best. Those businesses that want to retain customers will try to the resolve the matter, others will not."
