It became clear that there was one Pharmacist on working really hard to get prescriptions ready and administer flu jabs at the same time, when asked I was told it would be another 20 minutes at least. not good enough Boots, It’s not fair on your Pharmacist and not fair on people like me. I made a 16 mile round trip, a complete waste of my time. If you offer a timed appointment you should keep to it within reason."
