"The nicest Holland and Barrett I've been too and the staff are amazingly helpful and knowledgable. In particular my Grandfather had been struggling to sleep because of pains for a long time but didn't want to take sleeping tablets. A man called Charles could not have been more helpful or friendlier. He advised him to try Melissa's Dream giving us real honest feedback about it and my Grandfather slept through the whole night for the first time in years. Can't thank Charles enough."
"Disgraceful rude service received from supervisor Ashleigh when returning odourless garlic capsules which were NOT odourless. She replied telling me that it was just my opinion that they were not odourless and that she would not be taking the product back. I reported above incident to customer service over a month now, only to find very poor customer service there also. I would not recommend Holland and Barrett. Denise"
