"I have bought items in this shop lots of times and usually a very friendly and helpful woman is there to serve. Today the staff was a very rude and unfriendly man with a bald head and glasses , I was trying on a pair of glasses and asked if I could borrow a mirror to view in which he end of the abrupted said "There's one over there" and pointed down the other end of the shop! I saw a gift item with a mirror in on one of the shelves and said could I use that? and he shoved it down in front of me. When I came to pay the word's PLEASE and THANKYOU seemed to be not in his vocabulary. If this individual continues to work there I strongly suggest that managers recommend him to go on a customer service course."

Prices clear and well displayed. Parking available directly outside (on street parking bay) and only a few mins walk from Bingham Lane car park pat and display."
